To get your backup stream key, follow these steps:

From your dashboard, click Encoder Streaming.

From the right panel, click Show Backup Key.

Click Advanced Settings, scroll down and copy the Backup Key and URL, then add them as a backup stream in your encoder.
The backup stream will automatically take over if your primary stream disconnects.
To get your backup stream key using the mobile app, follow these steps:

- In your mobile dashboard, click Encoder Streaming.

Select the scheduled event associated with the stream key.

Select Backup Stream to view the backup stream key.

Copy the Backup Key and URL, then add them as a backup stream in your encoder.
