Set Up Event Announcements for Streams

With OneStream Live, you can create event announcements to notify your audience in advance, helping them stay informed and prepared before your live stream begins.

To set up the event announcement on pre-recorded streams using the Web app, follow these steps:

From your dashboard, click Pre-recorded Stream.

Click Add Videos and select a video from:
- Device (upload from computer)
- OSL Storage (your OneStream library)
- Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

Select the content and click Continue.

Select the social destination and click Continue.

Add the stream details and click Continue.

Click At a specific time to schedule the stream.
Enter the desired date and time, then enable the Announce Stream option.
Set the event announcement time and click Schedule Broadcast.

Follow these steps to set up your event announcements in the OneStream Live Mobile app:

From your mobile app, click Pre-recorded Stream.

Add the stream details and click Continue.

Choose At a specific time to schedule the stream.
Enter the desired date and time, then enable the Announce Stream option.

Mobile (Annoument)

The event announcement will appear on the selected social media platform before the broadcast goes live.
