How to Set Up Recurring Streams or Webinars?

Use these steps to schedule recurring pre-recorded streams or webinars:

Steps:

• From your dashboard, click Pre-recorded Stream.

• Click Add Videos and select a video from:

  • Device (upload from computer)

  • OSL Storage (your OneStream library)

  • Cloud Storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)

• Select the content and click Continue.

• Select the social destinations and click Continue.

• Add the stream details and click Continue.

Schedule the stream (immediate or later).

• Toggle Repeat Stream and set these values:

  • Repeats Every (Frequency number)

  • Interval (Days or Weeks)

  • Occurrence (number of repeats)

• Select Schedule Broadcast.

Your stream will run at the scheduled times, repeating as many times as you choose.

  • Device (upload from Mobile Storage)

  • OSL Storage (your OneStream library)

• Upload video content and click Continue.

• Select the social destinations and click Continue.

• Add the stream details and click Continue.

• Schedule the stream (immediate or later).

• Toggle Repeat Stream and set these values:

  • Repeats Every (Frequency number)

  • Interval (Days or Weeks)

  • Occurrence (number of repeats)

• Select Schedule Broadcast.
