OneStream Live subscription can be paused at any time, allowing you to temporarily stop the plan while preserving your account settings, data and streaming history.
To pause the current subscription, follow these steps:

Click your Profile Avatar in the top-right corner.

Select Account Settings.

Open the Billing tab in Account Settings.

Click Manage in the Subscription Plan section.

From the drop-down menu, click Pause Subscription.

Select the pause duration (1, 2, or 3 months).

Click Pause Subscription (bottom-right) to confirm.
Your subscription will pause at the end of your current billing cycle, not immediately.
