Set a custom background for your OneStream Live Stream Player to match your brand or event theme, creating a more engaging viewing experience for your audience.
Web App
To upload a background in the stream player, please follow the steps below:
Steps:
- From the left sidebar, select Stream Players.
- Click +New Player.
- Enable Background Image and upload your custom image.
- Click Show on the uploaded image to apply it.
Your Stream Player will now display the custom background.
Mobile App
To upload a background in the stream player using the mobile app, please follow the steps below:

- From the left sidebar, select Stream Players.

Please note that uploads are limited to 20 MB and should be 1920×1080 in PNG, JPG, or WebP format.
