OneStream Live centralizes your streaming workflow, allowing you to create, schedule, and manage both pre-recorded and real-time live streams, including studio and encoder streaming from a single interface.

Top Bar

The top bar provides quick access to essential actions and account settings:

  • Create: Start or schedule a new stream.

  • Notifications: Check alerts and account updates.

  • Avatar: Access account settings, profile, and billing.

  • Toggle: Switch between Light and Dark mode.


Left Sidebar Navigation

This section provides access to all the platform's major features.

Main Sections

  • Home: Displays the main dashboard view.

  • Instant Studio: Browser-based studio for hosting live sessions with guests.

  • Streams: View scheduled and past streams.

  • My Content: Upload and manage pre-recorded videos.


Destinations

  • Click “Enter Studio” to start streaming.

  • Use “Customize Link” to personalize your studio URL.


Streaming Options

You can choose from multiple streaming methods depending on your needs:

  • Studio Livestream:
    Browser-based streaming with support for multiple guests, layouts, and scheduling.

  • Encoder Streaming:
    Stream using external software such as OBS or XSplit.
