No longer want to stream to a specific social media account, or need to switch accounts? You can disconnect it from OneStream Live. This helps manage streaming destinations and avoid broadcasting to the wrong platform.
Web App
To disconnect your social platforms using the Web App, follow these steps:

- From the left sidebar, click Social Platforms.
- Click the 3 dots () and then select disconnect.
- Confirm by clicking Disconnect again.

Mobile App
To disconnect your social platforms using the Mobile App, follow these steps:

From the bottom-right corner, tap More.

Select Social Platforms.

Tap on the social platform you would like to disconnect.

In the pop-up window, tap Disconnect to complete the process.

Confirm by clicking Disconnect again.
