Access the chat directly from the Custom Website to interact with viewers, respond to messages, and stay engaged in real time.
To access the chat, follow these steps:

- In the OneStream Live dashboard, click Custom Websites in the left sidebar.
- Go to Existing Websites, select the site where you want to add chat, and click Edit.

On the right-hand side, click the Chat option.

Once selected, you’ll see settings like:

Show chat → turn this ON

Open chat on page load → enable if you want it to appear automatically.
