Echo in OneStream Live Studio can usually be resolved with a few simple setup adjustments. Follow the steps below to identify the source of the echo and improve your broadcast audio quality.
Setup Adjustments

Turn off or mute all audio sources on your computer to avoid interference.

Close unnecessary browser tabs and mute your speakers.

Make sure the stream preview on your OneStream home screen isn’t playing with sound.

Avoid watching the stream on the same device you're using for streaming, as this can overload your CPU and create an echo.

Headphone usage is also a good way to cancel any echo effect. If there are any guests in the studio, make sure they also wear them.

Try enabling the Echo cancellation and Reduce mic background noise option in the Audio section in Studio settings.
