How to Reconnect Social Platforms with OneStream Live?

Reconnecting a social platform allows you to restore the connection between your OneStream Live account and a previously disconnected social media account.

To reconnect your social platforms using the Web App, follow these steps:

  • From the left sidebar, click Social Platforms.

  • Click the three dots () then select Reconnect.

  • Once reconnected, your social platform will be ready to use again.

To reconnect your social platforms using the Mobile App, follow these steps:

  • From the bottom-right corner, tap More.

  • Select Social Platforms.

  • Tap on the social platform you would like to reconnect.

  • In the pop-up window, tap Reconnect to complete the process.
