How to Send a Live Stream from Ecamm Live to OneStream?

Prerequisites

  • A paid plan is required for full streaming features, including RTMP destinations.

  • Ecamm Live is exclusively available on macOS and cannot be used on Windows.


To send a live stream from Ecamm Live to OneStream, follow these steps:

  • Download and install Ecamm Live.

  • Log in to your Ecamm Live account.

  • Make sure you have an active OneStream Live account.

 

Method 1

  • Open Ecamm Live, sign in, and configure your camera, microphone, and scenes.

  • Click the Settings () icon to open Ecamm Live Preferences.

  • Go to the Destinations tab and click Add New Destination.

  • Select OneStream Live from the available destinations.

  • Enter your OneStream Live login credentials, then click Sign In.

  • Click Authorize to allow Ecamm Live to connect to your OneStream Live account.

  • Once OneStream Live is connected, click New and then click Go Live.
Once live, OneStream Live will receive your Ecamm Live signal and broadcast it to the connected destinations.

 

Method 2

  • Open Ecamm Live, sign in, and configure your camera, microphone, and scenes.

  • Click the Settings () icon to open Ecamm Live Preferences.

  • Go to the Destinations tab and click Add New Destination.

  • Select RTMP or the option to add a custom RTMP destination.

  • Enter the Server URL and Stream Key provided by OneStream Live.

  • Once OneStream Live Keys are connected, click New and then click Go Live.

     

Select the nearest OneStream Live server for best streaming performance and low latency.
