Overlays let you display graphics such as logos, banners, frames, or text on top of your live stream without interrupting your video. They help enhance your stream's appearance, improve branding, and can be added, updated, or removed at any time during the broadcast.
To add the overlays to your stream using OneStream Live Studio, follow these steps:
Steps
- To add the overlays to your stream, you must first create a Studio session.

- From the right panel, click Setup.

- From the right slide-out sidebar, click the Media tab.

- Scroll down and open the Overlay section.

- Enable and select one from the available built-in overlays.

-
Upload a new overlay.
-
In the dialog box, click upload, choose a file from your device, and click Upload.

- Once the upload is complete, click the uploaded overlay to add it to the stage.

- To remove an overlay, hover over it and click the Bin icon.
Overlay files support .png, .webp, and .webm formats, up to 40 MB and 1920 × 1080 resolution.
