To share external media in OneStream Live Studio, follow these steps:
Steps
- Click the Add button in the Control Panel section.

You will see three sharing options:

Audio

Image
-
Video
-
Audio:
- Select the Audio option.
- Click Share Audio.

Choose an audio file from your device, then hit Open to start uploading.

Hover over the uploaded audio and click the Eye icon (Add to Stage) to add it to the stage.
Image:
- Select the Image option.
- Click Share Image.

Choose an Image file from your device, then hit Open to start uploading.

Hover over the uploaded image and click the Eye icon (Add to Stage) to add it to the stage.
Video:
- Select the Video option.
- Click Share Video.

Choose an Video file from your device or OSL Video Storage, then hit Open to start uploading.

Hover over the uploaded video and click the Eye icon (Add to Stage) to add it to the stage.
Share Screen
- Click the Share Screen button in the Control Panel section.
- From the pop-up, click Add Screen.

- Click Share Screen again to confirm.

Select the screen sharing option: Chrome Tab, Window, or Entire Screen.

Click Share to start sharing your screen.
