If you want to use an external camera but cannot select it in your browser, you may need to disable your laptop's built-in camera.

Press Windows + X or search for Device Manager from the Windows search bar.

Select Device Manager from the results.

Expand the Cameras section.

Right-click your Integrated Camera.

Select Disable device.
- Now, when you choose Record from Camera in OneStream, the system should automatically connect to your external camera.
